Grade 2 listed refurb

Nanpantan Hall, in Loughborough. Completed a major building project by adding 20 rooms within the loft area of this grade 2 listed building. The building project became increasingly complicated when three different species of bats were discovered, bringing the building project into a phased system of works based on the habits of the bats. 
Absolute Flat Roofing;
  • Worked with subcontractors to maintain temporary water proofing and bat movement in this phase work
  • 140mm PIR insulation with VCL and Fatra 810 Single Ply roof system installed
  • Perimeter fall restraint system installed 
  • Motor driven vented skylights supplied and fitted
  • Man hatch supplied and fitted
  • Lift overrun
  • Bespoke vent detail interfacing flat roof area to Welsh Slate
  • Bespoke gutter and water management systems installed in all areas of the building
  • Specialist access machines were required to install new facia details and replacement cast guttering due to the surrounding grounds 
  • Welsh Slate install
