Rad Building
Completed a 2000 m2 of thermally engineered tapered to fall insulation, the roof is a hybrid system, mechanically fixed to the concrete planks then Alwitra Evalon was fully bonded to the finished insulation layer. Liquid plastic non-slip walkways were installed upon completion, tested and handed over.
All cappings were installed by AFR interfacing to the zinc cladding.
The VCL was attached to the Siga air seal, installed to the vertical walls. This was attached to the gas membrane under the floor screed. Absolute Flat Roofing installed the total air seal on the entire building to a Passivhaus standard. This was engineered having three different air tests at different stages to confirm design and quality of installation.

Tech Building
Tech building was a Fatra 8x10 mechanical fix installation. 140ml kingspan PIR insulation, was installed using an insulation design to reduce landfill insulation waste.
Siphonic outlets were installed to the circular flat gutter. Cappings were installed to match the external cladding colour (Black).
